Payment

Each item is listed with price including VAT. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment. Payment is made at check-out via the secure payment service Stripe with Credit / Debit Card or with PayPal. Shipping cost and shipping terms are stated in the shopping cart. Custom and VAT charges that may be added at delivery of orders outside of Sweden is paid by the customer.

 

Delivery

Normal delivery time is 3-5 working days for orders to be shipped within Sweden, 3-6 working days outside of Sweden, on the day order is received, with reservation for changes on special occasions. Orders are shipped with PostNord service "Send home" within Sweden and "Recommended" (REK) outside of Sweden. Orders exceeding a total weight of 1kg or measurements of 7x24x34cm will be delivered to postal service point. Orders shipped to addresses with narrow letter box or mail drop will be delivered to a service point. Orders shipped outside of Sweden will also be delivered d to a postal service point. Notified orders delivered to postal service points are stored for 14 days and will then be returned to us. For parcels not collected at postal service points, we reserve the right to charge you for returns and handling fees at a cost of 150 SEK.

 

Withdrawal & return

You have a right to withdraw a purchase within 14 days from the day item is received. Your claim to withdraw purchase must evidently state your withdrawal. Withdrawal period starts on the day you received the item or a substantial part of it. Once you have claimed your right of withdrawal, return the item to us.

Right to withdrawal is expended once the seal of the item is broken.

When you have claimed your right of withdrawal are you obliged to maintain the product in same condition as when you received it. You may not use it, but you may carefully examine it. If the item is damaged or lost due to negligence, you will lose the right of withdrawal. Refunds are made as soon as or no later than 30 days from the day item has been received. Costs of returns are non-refundable and are paid by the buyer. See also the Consumer Agency and the Distance Contracts Act, as well as the EU's joint dispute resolution site http://ec.europa.eu/odr. Expenses of returns will be made by us if purchased item has arrived intact or incorrect item was delivered. Returns should be sent by letter or parcel, not by "cash on delivery". If a return is sent as "cash on delivery", you will be charged a fee of 200 SEK. Returns for exchanges are paid by buyer. 

 

Privacy Policy

When you place a order with us, you provide personal information. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. You have the right to receive the stored information that we have registered about you according to the Personal Data Act. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information to be corrected or deleted. If so, contact us via email.
